Southeastern Orthopedics & Spine works closely with Southeastern Fitness and Rehabilitation to offer onsite physical therapy that ensures all patients receive the rehabilitation they need for a speedy and safe recovery.
Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapy services provide comprehensive prehabilitation programs and post-operative rehabilitation programs. Our therapists also provide a continuum of care for patients. Our therapists are hands-on and have obtained extensive training and certifications in many advanced therapeutic techniques, to meet your individual needs.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists work with patients after their surgery through Joint Camp and through outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation centers.
Services include:
- Orthopedic rehabilitation
- Hand rehabilitation
- Custom splint fabrication
- Adapted training for activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing)
- Functional capacity assessments and job performance assessments
Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic Therapy Program assists patients with joint replacements or other orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries and lower back pain. Each session is led by a certified aquatic therapist and tailored to meet each patient’s individual needs. The therapy pools feature built-in treadmills, swim jets and underwater cameras.
